Stucco recoat + south-wall flashing

Hairline crack down the south elevation had widened over two monsoons. We chased it to a failed flashing detail above the roof-to-wall tie-in, rebuilt the flashing, patched in matching three-coat texture, and recoated the full elevation. Eighteen months in, no return visit.
