About Copper House

Copper House Exteriors was built on a single conviction: the desert is the toughest residential environment in the country, and the houses that take it should be designed, built, and backed by people who understand what 160-degree south walls and 1.5-inch-per-hour monsoon design events actually do to stucco, fascia, paint, and paver base. The work is harder here. Our spec reflects that.

We are a design-build firm, not a referral network. One dedicated project manager owns the schedule, the proposal, and the site walk from the first call through the final walk-through. A specialist crew handles every trade, stucco crews on stucco, finish-form crews on custom concrete, AAMA-certified installers on windows and doors. Every line of every proposal is fixed in writing before a shovel turns. There is no multi-bid run-around and no project-manager pass-the-buck.

Every install carries a five-year written workmanship warranty per trade, with manufacturer warranties on materials passing through with full terms. The proposal names the spec, the finish, the schedule, and the warranty by line, so the work that holds up a decade from now is the work you signed for today.
