Exterior remodeling in Mesa, AZ

Mesa is the older side of the East Valley, most of the houses are pushing 40. By now they've been through one round of paint and original windows, sometimes two. The work we do out here leans heavier on full repaints, full window packages, fascia rebuilds on old profiles, and tile-roof repair after monsoon season. We're 10–20 minutes from most of central and east Mesa.

Working in Mesa

How exterior wear shows up in Mesa

Mesa houses are usually past the point of first-time fixes. The stucco has already been patched once. The paint has already been redone. What they need now is the next layer of work: full repaints, replacement windows that move the comfort needle, fascia profiles that match what's still on the house. That's most of what we do out here.

Mesa is also where we get the most calls for one-off fixes, a single stucco patch, one fascia run, one sticky window. For the smaller stuff we'll often route to a closer licensed partner crew so you're not paying for a full project setup. Anything bigger gets a dedicated PM running the project start to finish.

Mesa scopes

What Mesa homeowners call us for

Most weeks in Mesa, the work clusters around a handful of scopes: patio covers, stucco repair, window replacement, and exterior painting. Each one walks how we diagnose, scope, and warranty that exact job for a Mesa home, with local pricing ranges and the failure patterns we actually see in your tract.

Common questions

Mesa homeowner questions

Do you work older Mesa homes (1970s–1980s)?
Yes. The bulk of our Mesa work is on houses from that era, second-round repaints, re-roofs through our roofing partner, full window packages. Older stucco and trim need different patching than modern systems and we know them.
How long does a full Mesa exterior repaint take?
4–7 working days for a typical 1,800–2,400 sq ft single-story. Larger or two-story homes add 1–3 days. We schedule around weather and the AZ heat curve.
Can you handle stucco repair on a 1985 Mesa home?
Yes. Older substrates (sometimes browncoat over wire lath, sometimes the early three-coat synthetic systems) take a different patch protocol than the modern systems. We've done plenty.
What about Las Sendas or Red Mountain Ranch?
Both, both are well inside our service area. They're newer than most of Mesa, so the work usually looks more like Gilbert and Chandler, first-round stucco repair, paint, fascia, than the heavier second-round rebuilds.
