- What makes your concrete different from a builder-grade pour?
- A few things you can point to. We run the color through the whole slab instead of dusting it on top, so a chip shows the same color underneath instead of gray. We form the edges and radii by hand for your yard. And we do the finish work ourselves, whether that's exposed aggregate, acid stain, or a polished surface. A standard pour skips all of that and shows it within a couple of summers.
- Will it hold up to the heat and the monsoon?
- That's the whole point of how we build it. We compact the base so the slab isn't sitting on loose caliche, set the steel in the middle of the pour where it does its job, and cut the control joints so the slab cracks on our line instead of across your driveway. We set the grade so the August storm runs off where you want it, not back at the house.
- Can I see a sample before committing?
- Yes. For any custom integral color or specialty finish, we pour a small sample slab so you can see the actual finish before we commit the full scope. Sample pour is named on the proposal and lead-time included in the schedule.
- How long does the warranty last?
