- Custom concrete is a spec-sheet exercise. Premium mix design (typically higher PSI rating, sometimes air-entrained for freeze resistance), integral pigment instead of surface color hardener, custom-formed edges and radii, and specialty finish work (exposed aggregate, stained, or polished). Standard concrete is the same base material at a builder-grade spec.

- Three reasons. One — mix design is premium and pigment is integral, so the material costs more per yard. Two — custom forming requires labor that builder-grade does not. - Yes. For any custom integral color or specialty finish, we pour a small sample slab so you can see the actual finish before we commit the full scope. Sample pour is named on the proposal and lead-time included in the schedule.
- How long does the warranty last?
