It's the classic East Valley build, set over an outdoor kitchen, a dining slab, a pool lounge, or a fire feature, and engineered to stand on its own in our wind. We build them custom and on site, never from a stock kit.

A destination in the yard, not an extension of the house
An attached cover pushes shade off the back of the house. A ramada does something different: it makes a spot out in the yard its own place. Set one over an outdoor kitchen, a dining slab, a pool lounge, or a fire feature and that corner of the yard becomes where everyone ends up, day or night.
Because it stands on its own posts and footings, a ramada goes exactly where the view and the shade want it, not just where the roofline allows. We site it to your sun and your yard before we pour a single footing.

The most-built ramada here covers an outdoor kitchen: it shades the cook, keeps the grill and the fridge out of the direct sun, and anchors the whole entertaining zone. Over a pool it gives swimmers a shaded landing; over a fire feature it turns a seasonal spot into a year-round one.
We build the ramada and coordinate cleanly with the slab, kitchen, and hardscape trades so the whole zone lands as one project instead of three that don't quite line up.

Engineered steel or cedar, built for our wind
Engineered steel is the structural choice for big free-spans and a clean, minimal-post look, powder-coated so it never rusts or needs refinishing. Cedar gives you the warm, timber-frame ramada look that suits a custom home, holding up well here with periodic re-staining.
A freestanding structure carries its own wind load with no house to lean on, so the posts, beams, and footings are engineered and stamped, and the calcs go in with the permit. Nothing here is a stock kit dropped on a couple of anchors.
Wired while it's open
Lights, fans, and outlets built into the structure
A ramada out in the yard lives or dies on power. We run recessed lighting, outdoor-rated ceiling fans, GFCI outlets for a fridge or a TV, and misters into the frame while it's open, wired clean inside the posts and beams instead of surface-run later. On a still summer night a fan under the ramada is the difference between using it and looking at it.
The electrical is permitted and inspected with the structure, and it's priced into the written quote on the walk, not added as a change order after the posts are up.
